What an honor it is to have a 4-time gold medalist, All SEC - Freshmen Team member, former Tennessee Volunteer Women's Basketball Player and now current Lipscomb University Women's Basketball Assistant Coach/Recruiting Coordinator Ariel Massengale on the show (7:18-42:04). Ariel talks about her journey to where she is now, the lessons she learned playing sports, playing for All Time Great Coach Pat Summit and accomplishing some amazing things that were firsts in her family. Nicolette (Nici) Mense is now the Team Dietitian with the NFL New York Jets and Hunter Mense is Minor League Hitting Coordinator with the Toronto Blue Jays. They both have incredible insight and outlook on life and how to develop relationships and get the most out of people. Their communication and "feel" is what makes them so incredibly good at their jobs but more importantly as people.
