Slobodan Radeta je osnivač i idejni tvorac koncepta prve regionalne škole kuvanja "Il Primo", koja predstavlja gastronomski centar u kojem se odvijaju najrazličitije aktivnosti vezane za edukaciju i podizanje gastronomske kulture.
Od 2010. godine kroz platformu Škole strastveno istražuje gastronomiju, aktivno učestvujući u edukaciji kroz različite formate.
