The reporters at Ukraine: The Latest don’t exaggerate and don’t minimize the news. I’ve found them to be truthful and forthright. I highly recommend Francis, Dom and the entire staff. Well done. Please keep it up. The world needs to hear the realities of the war.

Every reporting agency will have a bias but Ukraine: The Latest seems to try to be more balanced than other shows. Their use of subject experts to explore different facets of the conflict provides a broader understanding.

Mostly anti American propaganda delivered from a country that is incapable of fielding a single warship. There are better sources.

Donald Trump is a Putin Flunky. But the majority of Americans still support Ukraine and our long time European allies. Unfortunately the damage that has been done will take years to undo, Trump is failing badly politically in the States and after this fall’s elections he will be facing down an angry opposition Democratic Government. That will do what it can to begin to make a course correction. We owe it to Ukraine to stand up for them, and I think we must and will. Throughout our 250 year history, we have made lots of errors, but at the end of the day we right the ship. God Bless Ukraine!!!

If Russia is primary threat to Europe, send some troops to help Ukraine. How is Hungary in the EU if they have a dictatorship? You people got a lot of keen judgements of others, a lot of answers, without real actions to uphold those judgements. Ukraine deserves help with Europe’s biggest threat.

Their work in this podcast is very important because I do believe the world at large especially the mainstream press is by and large ignoring what is really going on in Ukraine. I’ve been listening to this since 2023. I have found it to be the best source of news, and background on the war in Ukraine. I love the hosts’ mix of sincerity, humor, and willingness to dig into the details. David is sadly missed, but Dom & Francis have carried on admirably.

This is podcast isn’t an honest attempt at journalism. It’s a shallow exercise in political cheerleading. Their coverage of the conflict ignores any news that is inconvenient for Ukraine (e.g. Zelensky arresting and killing political opponents, desertion, losses on the battlefield, etc.) and overhypes anything that is tangentially negative for Russia. If you’re wanting objective coverage of the conflict, then look elsewhere.

I’ve been listening to Ukraine the Latest for going on two years. It is so well done. Thank you for all you do to keep us informed. I wish I could get any Republican to understand that this president DOES NOT CARE about Ukraine. I wish I could get some of them to reach out to US politicians. They will tell me that they like my “I Stand with Ukraine” sweatshirt but inexplicably they still seem to support the criminal in the White House.

This pod is a must-listen for me. The regular presenters are all great and they have excellent guests. I especially appreciate the dry British (and French) humor.

Stories of and interviews with the people of Ukraine, what they are doing to survive and help others, including troops, provide an intimate understanding of daily, war-torn life, and the coverage of national and global politics are excellent. These remarkable podcasts will be kept and studied for as long as humans study history.

I live in the states and find that our news is lacking when it comes to updates on the war in Ukraine. I did wanna comment, though on something that was said in the last episode. It was asked why Americans aren’t taking to the streets. I want to assure you that we are! At least once a month there are large protest in each city, large and small. The problem is that the United States is a very large country! It is exceedingly hard to grab media’s attention when we are spread so thin. Also, because of this, it is a very difficult to get a true number of how many people have protested on any given. If the same percentage of people were taking to the streets in Europe, it would be first page news because of how consolidated the area is. Please don’t lose faith in us true patriots in America. We are here and over 50% of the nation. Not all of us are taking to the streets, but there are many of us who are. Lastly, I would say the majority of Americans want to support you in Ukraine. We understand how difficult it has been with our current and previous administration. Biden gave two Little too late and Trump only gives when it will benefit himself! Keep up the good work!!!
