This is our introduction podcast on a series that will address social justice and DEI in healthcare from the perspective of the nursing student.

<p>This is the first podcast on our series that will provide insight into the student perspective on DEI in healthcare and how they can make an impact beyond nursing school. The goal of this project is to allow the students to expand on what they have learned on social justice and racism in healthcare.  Discussion topics will allow students to explore what they have learned and researched, as well as share experiences to develop ways in which they can impact change in the healthcare system.  Our intention is to invite guests as content experts to deepen the discussion on social justice in healthcare.  </p>
