Sometimes as creatives we get stuck. We feel less productive, sometimes depressed and other times feel like we're not realizing our best work. Why? I know it all too well and I personally call it the "Loop of Confusion". I focused on fashion design and styling for the last 10 years and now I am a consultant and mentor for designers, makers and freelancers trying to figure out their businesses. I didn't know why I didn't "feel" like doing ....exactly what I loved doing. I'd have all the tools ready....and yet I needed a coffee to clear my head before starting or to watch one more inspirational art  video.
