In so many ways: socially, sexually, economically, and geographically. Michael Jordan and his band of Looney Tunes, NBA super stars and Bill Murray take on evil Danny DeVito and the Monstars to save Buggs and the crew from slavery. Yeah that really is the elevator pitch for this buck wild movie. I hope you are ready for a nostalgic deep dive into this insane concept for a film. Oh yeah....also Miranda is back!

I hope you are strapped into whatever weird couch, chair, bed, or apparatus you listen to this podcast in because it is about to get wild. The big green monster himself has made his way onto Two Thoughts for a Penny. Oh but not in the way you are thinking, no no no; he is real and on stage. Not only is our giant green savior of our world real he can also sing better than any human alive. If you thought it stopped there then you are not ready for this...everybody is revel in this piece of art. That's right Donkey, Fiona, Farquad, and all of the fairytale creatures are singing their asses off in this banger of a musical. Will and Crystina are talking about the famed Shrek the Musical! 

Are you ready for an epic adventure through time and space? We must collect our partner-turned-crook while making sure the bus doesn't go under 55 mph. Then we must escape the matrix and destroy our evil robot overlords and reclaim the earth with the help of Cyber Jesus and his crew of misfits. That's right some Russian butthead kid stole our 69 mustang and killed our tiny puppy; so it is time to kill more people then have ever been killed in a single movie! This week Will and special guest Maggie talk about the action pack classic John Wick. Prepare for an epic show all about Keanu Reeves and his love for killing Russians.  

That's right you didn't ask for it so we are giving it to you. Will and Skylar are talking about their favorite movie as a couple. The Kelly McDonald and David Tennent rom-com we all know and love: The Decoy Bride. It's like a movie....it is a movie! Everybody who has already seen this movie found that hilarious, I promise. In this movie you get an English woman playing an American, a Scottish man playing an Englishman, and a Scottish woman actually playing...a Scottish woman. What more could you possibly ask for? It is a movie that  makes you smile even if you can't entirely understand half of the characters in the film (seriously -- first time viewers should have subtitles on). Enjoy our first and hopefully not last special guest episode!

Have you ever been afraid of the water in a pool? Not like I have a fear of the water, but I'm afraid of what might be in the water. You are fully aware that it is chlorinated water and as clear as a freshly cleaned glass cup, but something deep down is still nagging you telling you that something is lurking below. Just buying its time before it strikes and takes you down to a watery grave. Well JAWS was the movie that ruined the ocean, swimming pools, and even bath tubs for a lot of people and has continued to traumatize children who just happened to stumble upon it during a late night sleep over. Miranda and Will are diving into the Steven Spielberg classic and reliving some of their very own trauma from watching and absolutely loving this classic.

Alright, alright, alright, it has finally come for Will and Miranda to do a McConaughey classic! That's right, your favorite idiots are big fans of the Austin man. The professor of script to screen film production at Moody University, a man who has been arrested for playing bongos naked in his own home, the legend that bought Wild Turkey Bourbon and made it even better than it already was, and y'all, come hell or high water, the future governor of the Lone Star State. Nope we are not doing Failure to Launch, Sahara, or How to Lose a Guy in Ten Days. Neither will they be talking about Wolf of Wall-street, The Dallas Buyers Club, or Oil. No they are talking about one of the "greatest" adventure movies of all time, with comedy, romance, but mostly a bare chested Matthew...Fool's Gold. 

Are you ready for a classic story full of mystery, dragons, martial arts and badass chicks? Are you ready to see some shit that will blow your mind? A story like you have never seen before; your mind will literally melt from the twist and turns that this plot takes. It is defiantly not just a Disney movie for children, and has a bunch of jokes the entire family will enjoy. Frozen has been bested and every child will turn in their Idina Menzel cosplay for a Raya costume. That's right Will and Miranda are talking about the latest Disney animated film that we all waited four months to watch because fuck paying $30 for a movie. BBBBBBRRRRRRAAAAIIIINNNNSSSS!! That can only mean one thing, you guessed it, yup you already know what I am going to say. Those creatures of the night we all know and love. The fictional world that took the mid-2000s by storm and took over our lives, our shows, and above all our nerd stores. You got it those beast that feed on the living and need us to survive. They spread this strange immortal disease through biting and slowly turning us into them. This week Will and Miranda are jumping into the vampire genre by going over Twilight! Yup we love those shiny vampire boys. Nah, just kidding!! Seriously though, we are doing Zombieland for this weeks episode and it is eating us alive to let you know our thoughts. 

Are you ready for some football!?! The time has come to see grown men smash into each other at 30mph and cause permanent damage to their bodies for our entertainment. Will and Miranda are celebrating by watching the Sandra Bullock Oscar winning film, The Blind Side. Wait...it is a football movie right? Like it has a bunch of football scenes in it and cool stunts and stuff. Oh it only has 20 minutes of football in it. Okay, well at least it is like a football movie and isn't going to make me cry right? Oh, it is a touching story about a young man finding a family and gaining the strength to better himself and become a professional football player. Cool...cool...no I'm not crying at all. Whatever! Just listen to the dumb podcast about this extremely touching and moving story.
