Cassandra joins Charity this week on the podcast.  We catch up on all things Cassandra from her new hairdo to her quad skates! It's Cassandra's birthday week, but she had a disaster with her therapy payment that put a damper on her day. She's turning the big 25 which happens to be close to Charity's 28?!?! How can this be? Do you ever feel like you are not old enough to have the responsibilities you have? How do people trust us young folks?  

Christina updates us on her trip to the Land of Oz and Linville Falls. Charity shares her experience at the Biltmore Estate. Charity dives into her love of camping, the mountains and hiking. She shares her experience of hiking the AT- her struggles and triumphs. Why did she want to be alone in the woods? What kind of changes did it create in her life? Where do you find your peace? What eases your anxiety?
