In this episode, the Knowbodies interview Mike Yaremko, NASM master trainer, goalie coach for West Virginia men’s ice hockey team as well as the Shane Clifford Goalie School, and owner of Yaremko SPT personal training service. Mike takes time to explain his unorthodox path to become a personal trainer and corrective exercise expert. His title as a master trainer within the National Academy of Sports Medicine has helped him explore his role as an exercise specialist while his background in competitive hockey has taught him how to be a better coach, student, and companion to his clients as they grow as athletes and build healthy lifestyles.
