Continued...Hello Rushians!Episodes 9 and 10 of 2GTR we dedicate to the legacy of Neil Peart. We owe him this. When Neil finally retired from Rush in 2015, citing tendonitis and shoulder issues, he said “It does not pain me to realize that, like all athletes, there comes a time to … take yourself out of the game,” he explained at the time. “I would rather set it aside than face the predicament described in our song ‘Losing It’” …Even so, we somehow knew we might never see him again. Yet not in this way. As dedicated fans, we mourn his loss. Collectively we feel for his close friends and family.
