For the first time in my life, I am having the motivational/inspirational experience of great coaching. Both Coach Bennett’s have added so much to the way I show up for my running practice and how I show for myself. Immense gratitude to you both. This podcast makes me laugh, and it motivates me to show up and be the best version of myself I can be each and every day. Also, Coach Tammie’s petty grievance involving the new toilet paper roll sitting on the counter next to the holder was so funny and so relatable!

Right now, the three best things in my life are running, Coach Bennetts, and Ted Lasso. You found a way for my worlds to all come together. Can’t wait for for episodes to come.
