About Emilia: She is a recent graduate from UC Davis with her Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering. She got an amazing opportunity shortly afterwards to work full time as a hardware engineer with General Motors. She's navigated not only being a Latina in STEM but also moving across the country for the first time without her family and friends.
