Getting through your 20's is one of the hardest things you will ever do. There is no other time in life where you will be expected to develop a productive and thriving life almost immediately after eating lunch everyday in a school cafeteria and other adults telling you what you can and cannot do. Everything expected of you and everything you are going through is all new, magnifying every emotion and experience to the highest degree. But, even with all the uncertainties  and ups and downs of this era, it doesn't have to be chaotic. You can plan, adjust, learn, and adapt enough to get you to the rest of your adulting years with your feet planted firmly in the ground and feeling more in control.
