Nat Rich has been one of my best friends for many years and I was super happy to speak to her for my podcast. Nat is radically honest about her personal struggles. By shining a light on her own addictions of sex, porn, alcohol, social media, and attention seeking , Nat began to uncover the areas of her life that called out to be acknowledged and worked on. By doing the 'self-work' and seeking to understand and unravel herself from her addictive conditions and culture she grew up in, she finally understood how to set herself free.Nat is the founder of the I AM SOUND academy, a membership that teaches people about sound, music, and vibration.
