I love that I was able to display more of my personality on this episode with my first guest-host, my sister Kween. She definitely elevated the show with her wisdom and light. This episode we talk about grief and the many ways it shows up in our lives and experiences. Grief is not just death, grief can be related to the topic of ending situations, relationships, transition periods, jobs, ect. I believe we did an amazing effort at sharing our experiences with which we may have experienced grief followed by elevation! As always, I hope this episode inspires you to reflect on your life and place grief where it may be necessary. Letting go isn't all bad! As one of my favorite artist sang "find the good in goodbye" -Beyonce.
