Last week we started the "Captivated by Jesus" series. Below is the audio version of the post. Last week, Dr Christopher Peppler wrote THIS POST about how Revelation 2 and 3 record seven letters that Jesus dictated to seven existing churches in Turkey. One of those letters was to Pergamum (AKA Bergame) and applies equally to us. Jesus outlines the conditions he found in the church of Pergamum and it is a reality that we need to look at in our churches, and ourselves, to this day.
