Patricia Perera has over 15 years of experience in environmental and social sustainable development working as a consultant at the World Bank, including in Romania on a strategic framework for education, and providing technical support for the World Bank's gender-related technical backstopping. She currently serves as Assistant Director for Partnerships and New Enterprises at the Virginia Tech Language and Culture Institute.
