True weird stuff brings all the stories with something for everyone. I enjoy them every week, especially the discussion after. Proving the truth is more interesting than fiction! Sheri and Max’s voices are pleasing to listen to as well.

This is a quality show with a lot of research done prior to production. I love their “after show” discussions.

I’m a true weirdo mildly awkward and love to nerd out on interesting little known facts but you don’t have to be weird to love this podcast! I always learn something in a really fun, cool or mind blowing way. With each episode you learn about history, people, human nature or nature itself. I look forward to every Friday when a new episode drops. It’s so well written and produced! And I love all the regulars and the newbies who lend their voices and talents to bring the stories to life ❤️

If you love true crime, strange history and finding out how closely connected everything that ever happens on this big spinning beach ball is then this is the podcast for you! The stories are wild enough in themselves but the commentary afterwards will take you on a deep dive into the universe and your own soul and beliefs. And there’s also a ton of humor thrown in! I’ve learned so much about humanity from this podcast. It’s a must listen!!!

I am the DEEP DIVER into many a rabbit hole yet Sheri is the best, I love history, like, WAY BACK history and this podcast is the absolute BEST at bringing forth tales that were told to me that I thought were concrete yet a truth that I never knew existed. Thanks so much guys, you’re the BEST 😊

Such a great job on this one. It’s a fascinating story that goes well beyond the gruesome details that made it famous. If you’re looking for a deeper dive, I highly recommend the non-fiction narrative novel, The Indifferent Stars Above. It’s a bit dense, but the audio version is very good.

There’s not enough I can say about this podcast! It’s all the weird stuff in history presented in such an interesting way, with a little humor and sometimes horror. They do a great job finding stories that bring the oddities of our world to life.

Even though some episodes are tough to hear these stories are all so interesting and I love how they add actors to make the stories come to life!

I am loving this podcast by my favorite media crew. Sheri and Max let their wild, weird, and wonderful flags fly by sharing real stories in history that are shocking, curious and might even make your skin crawl. This show is sometimes playful, sometimes terrifying and is endlessly interesting. This not at all a cookie-cutter podcast. I am living for True Weird Stuff!

Intelligent, thought-provoking, thoroughly researched, funny. Always jaw-dropping, sometimes hair-raising, always true. There’s a reason this podcast wins awards.

This is my new favorite podcast. I can’t wait for Fridays because we get a new episode. Sheri is great at telling stories and the subject matter is always interesting. I’m a lover of all things horror and spooky and a little paranormal. Every time I listen to a podcast I learn something. Max produces amazing show after amazing show. Sheri and Max are both very engaging with a great sense of humor. The little voiceovers and sound effects are like little sparks of weird joy. Best Podcast Out There. Period.

Content is great and it well-researched. So it’s content-driven, but not at the expense of great production. For most podcasts like this, it’s one or the other, so it’s refreshing to have both. (Apparently they won best podcast from Signal in some category.) Hard to pinpoint what you may learn about from episode to episode - but I’ve never been let down by it. 100% excellent - they also won a signal award

I’m not a history buff nor do I like Sci-fi but this podcast is amazing. It’s part history but in such an interesting way and on things one would never learn about in classic history lessons/books. And Sheri and Max are great at telling the stories and their discussions afterwards are not to be missed as you can learn so much from them. Love love love ♥️

I listen to the podcast with my teenage boys and we just laugh and end up discussing all the crazy facts.

2 years of straight weirdness every Friday. But, cool weirdness. And true. Sheri is legendary, the absolute best in my opinion. The research, the writing, the time and…the storytelling. It’s all just brilliant. I’ve called the Bob and Sheri show on occasion to request Sheri read bedtime stories- iykyk. And don’t even get me started on Max. Probably the best radio producer of all time. You name it, he’s got it and an epic voice talent to boot? Come on. Listen now!

Best podcast ever truly love this and the best part is after when Max and Sheri rehash and discuss even today after Piney episode when political leanings entered . I know what was hinted at and had to laugh because it’s the incompetent ones who have been in power the last 4 years that are the true villains letting things escalate the past 4 years while doing nothing to help. You both are correct change is needed that’s for sure

One of the best produced podcasts out there. Informative, well researched and interesting subjects. You can hear the dedication they have doing this podcast. I can’t recommend it enough.

When I tell you that I binged all of their shows once I heard this on Sheri and Max’s morning show. I love all the interesting stories and all the information given thru each episode. The stories all told in a way only Sheri can tell them, she could read a shampoo bottle label and I’d stay to listen. The discussions at the end make me feel at home and fellow weirdo, tin hats and all. This show is a must, you won’t regret it.

It’s a mystery to me how Sheri and Max can come up with so much compelling content while continuing to deliver new episodes of my second favorite podcast, The Oddcast with Bob and Sheri. Fine storytelling at its best!
