Very few children are provided the opportunity for an enriching childhood which results in healthy nervous system regulation --and they don’t know until much later what 'healthy' means. Blaming external things became 'normal' until Karen realized that her life evolved the way that it did because of her childhood life-experiences. Those experiences are what shaped her into becoming fully healed and aware of how to help countless others. 

Karen fully accepts the roles of her family members and all of her difficult circumstances. Because of this recognition and taking ownership, she has truly been able to release the past traumas and fully live in the present. Complete healing can happen!
