Prior to joining G2, Francesca was part of the inaugural team of the KKR Global Impact Fund. Before KKR, Francesca began her career at Goldman Sachs in natural resources investment banking. Outside of work, Francesca is a mentor at Endeavour, Techstars, Third Derivative & New York Fashion Tech Lab, and helped launch the CELI dinner series in New York City. Dr. Martin Naughton is Founder of the Glen Dimplex Group and Chairman of the Glen Dimplex Supervisory Board. He studied Mechanical & Production Engineering in Southampton, England and worked as an Industrial Engineer and Plant Manager for 12 years. In 1973, he founded the private, family-owned Glen Dimplex. Glen Dimplex now has 23 manufacturing plants worldwide.
Martin is also a philanthropist with his wife Carmel and the Naughton family. In 1994, Martin and Carmel founded the private family foundation, “The Naughton Foundation.”
Martin has received honorary degrees from Trinity College, University of Notre Dame, University College Dublin, Queen’s University, Ulster University, Coleraine and Griffith College Dublin. He is a trustee emeritus of the University of Notre Dame. For seven years, he served as a member of the Irish Council of State and is past Chairman of Intertrade Ireland. Martin is on the Advisory Board of Citi Private Bank for Europe, Africa and in the Middle East. He is a member of the Provost’s Council, is a Knight of the British Empire (K.B.E) and was awarded the French Légion d’Honneur by the French government.
