In this episode which is the first full length Podcast we interview Jack Sunderland owner of the "Training Cave" Amateur boxing gym.Jack is a long time friend of the gym, the team in the gym and has had an interesting journey to where he finds himself today.This is a long podcast but we felt it flowed so didn't want to break it into 2 parts. We know we need to polish the format of the podcasts as they evolve but we have had to do it remotely for obvious reasons so hopefully it flows well enough and you guys find it interesting.
