Fit &amp; Able is a Cary 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization that builds healthier communities through organizing creative events, programs, and activities. In addition to supporting its own programming, Fit &amp; Able invites other local nonprofit organizations to take part in its 25+ annual events to raise funds and awareness for their charitable missions.
