Here is a testing with an upload of mov to Blogger and Podcast to iTunes. It is interesting that the mp4 cannot be seen in the blog, but it can be subscribed and viewed by iTunes

record your voice into windows movie maker

The file is orginally in audio wma fomat. I just used windows movie maker to capture the audio file, then added a title caption at the beginning. Afterward, it was output to video wmv format which can be inserted in blogger.

An interesting PowerPoint produced by others, I just converted the PowerPoint into JPEG and used PhotStory to output to a video.
