Throughout our lives we encounter various milestones. Graduation, getting a job, getting married, having kids, and retirement are all things to which many aspire. However, these same milestones can also hold us hostage in a trap of anxiety, depression, and existential dread; especially when we hit the often talked about mid-life crisis. So, what can we do to navigate this particular milestone? How can we cope with knowing that so many years have just flown by in the blink of an eye?
