We learn that our favorite captain, Picard, has a British accent all thanks to WWII. With the help of Jurati's supped up mind, she and Picard determine that the American tax day, April 15th - which is just 3 days away, is when the timeline changes. In a very clear nod to Star Trek: Voyage Home, Raffi and Seven are on a public bus with a man listening to an 80s era boombox radio. Picard used the Borg Queen's coordinates and safely arrives at 10 Forward Avenue!  He runs into a very young Guinan who is not keen on talking or listening to him.  Rios is detained in ICE custody. Picard convinces Guinan to help him find the Watcher. Not able to transport to Rios' detention center, Raffi and Seven decide to drive there. Rios in transported from the facility as Jurati attempts to get the Borg queen to help transport them, after a police car chase.  We realize Jurati tricked the queen.
