Trauma happens to all of us. It may be caused by an accident, a divorce or losing a loved one. It’s usually accompanied by guilt, shame and vulnerability. People suffering from trauma are facing uncertainty and helplessness. As a result, we may feel paralyzed and unable to move on. However, trauma may bring new possibilities in life. Let’s explore these possibilities together in Trauma Journals. Please note that I am not a psychologist. For any advice, please contact a professional. This podcast is a platform to share my own experiences and to potentially be of inspiration to others.
