Are you a new mom who thinks she’s going crazy and dreams of owning your role as a mother? Then you’re in the right place! The Trauma Healing For Postpartum Moms Podcast helps stressed-out moms of littles achieve a better understanding of what needs to happen so that they can become the mother they want to be. I’m your host, Danik Bernier - mom of two, Social Worker and Psychotherapist in Ontario, Canada and I’m here to validate postpartum moms’ experiences and give them hope that the nightmares and flashbacks, intense fears and anxiety does not have to be a part of their everyday life. Every week, Danik will touch on topics such as childhood trauma, birth trauma and life after trauma. You’ll learn about how trauma affects the body, the brain, your role as a mom and what needs to happen so that you can heal and show up fully in motherhood (aka without being triggered all the time). Thank you so much for listening. Please subscribe/follow the show wherever you listen to podcasts and leave a rating and/or review if you’ve enjoyed an episode. Let’s keep the conversation going!
