Hello Black Sheep!
Episode 2 is longer and focuses on the importance of self-love. I discuss the importance of advocating for yourself, in addition to implementing affirmations and the importance of boundaries.
At the time of this upload, it's been over a month since going no-contact with my mother. I also touch lightly as to why I have no-contact with my father as well.
Enjoy the show!
