When I was young, 40 seemed so far away…..and so old. Now that I am in my 40s I am having the time of my life. But it has taken a lot of work. 40 and 41 were hard. I was overweight, I drank too much, I was struggling. I decided to do the work, get healthy, and change my life. And you can too.

Maybe your kids are a little older, your career has lost its luster, you aren't as in shape as you used to be, your nutrition habits are off, and you drink a little too much. Maybe you have spent most of your adult life putting other people first and you have neglected to take care of your wants, needs, and desires.
