Have you ever woken up and wondered where your life was going? Maybe your kids are a little older, your career has lost its luster, you aren't as in shape as you used to be, your nutrition habits are off, and you drink a little too much. Maybe you have spent most of your adult life putting other people first and you have neglected to take care of your wants, needs, and desires. 

This was me not long ago. It's not anymore! Join me as I navigate getting older, gaining weight, losing weight, exercise, nutrition, sex after 40, standing in my power, and getting shit done in life. I chose me!
