Recap of Goals: - Do you have goals or just wishes? - Check your goals versus the SMART principle (Specific, Measurable, Actionable, Realistic, Time-bound) - Write your goals down on paper, and break them down into actionable steps - Most important of all: take action on your goals immediately after writing them down - Don't have too many goals, you only have 100 units of energy per day, focus is key (Kevin is clearly still learning this point)
