Today is #worldaidsday where we have the opportunity to raise awareness of the dangers and preventative practices with HIV and AIDS. It’s only right that I contribute with the story of an HIV survivor who is advocating for the awareness of the virus. Not only is Hue brutally transparent but he’s strong and courageous as well. Hue goes through his ENTIRE story of drugs and lust leading up to his infection. This good brother also shares how contracting HIV was the best thing for his life and why he always thought he would get HIV. I can’t thank Hue and my talented cohost D enough for making this such an important moment on that #TrampTalk ‼️

On this episode of TrampTalk we a had the pleasure of interviewing the very sexy, self-made hustler Kyra Marie. We talk with Kyra about her Louisiana roots and her introduction into the Nanny business. We talked about the 5 Love Languages and which ones mean the most to us. After some failed flirting attempts by me, we move on to conversations about Kyra's Lip gloss beauty product, K.Marie Lipps. I was inspired by her story and her "use what you got" approach to business and marketing. Kyra showed me how much of a beautiful person she is on the inside as well as on on the exterior. I'm honored to be in network with this beautiful young woman.

We had the opportunity to talk with the beautiful, strong and talented Queen, SureFit Johnson. SureFit is very smart with alot of unique perspectives. We started off talking about how she got the name "SureFit", and what it actually means to her. I found out that SureFit is an athletic coordinator right out of school. That can be compared to a High School student going straight to the NBA. It is a VERY rare circumstance, but her dedication to excellence has driven her too the top of her profession. We spoke a slight bit about zodiac signs and the monthly flow of blood from a woman's body. Ms. Johnson decided to Share her stories of doing her own hair as a child. Things come full circle when discussing her child-bearing as a teenager and what it was like balancing maternity and an academic career. Most powerfully, we talk on the significance of black or afro- textured hairstyles in the workplace. SureFit Johnson is an absolute sweetheart and I am honored to say I've had her on my show. Follow her on Social Media @SureFit Johnson

Today we had the opportunity to talk to my dear childhood friend, Franchise. In June 2020 @_styledbyfran became the CEO of her first hair salon, the "Slay Station" located at: 120 W 1st , Mount Vernon, NY 10550
The artistry of @_styledbyfran started around 1994 when, due to the thickness of her wavy hair, combined with her Mother's arthritis, led her to a challenging sixth grade, cosmetically. (ALL photos from that era have been classified as Top Secret). Turning these challenges into opportunities to better herself she began to braid and style her OWN hair. There is really no way to calculate how many hairstyles she's done over the years. (She might have even braided mine, back in the day!) However, we were able to calculate an estimate of her Professional Career over the past 4 years. At the low end, my shady math came up with well over 3,150 heads slain.
We spoke about our respective fathers and the circle of life. We took a walk down memory lane. New York in the 90s and 21 Morris. Along with being an Entrepreneur we learn about her teenage pregnancy, her fitness journey and how important it is to just love your fellow humans with nothing expected in return. We had an amazing time! I really hope you guys enjoy it as much as we did.

We had the opportunity to Tramp with the very beautiful and talented CEO of Sha Bakes Inc. Shaunee Neil! this interview was very dear to my heart not only because Ms. Neil is my relative, but because of her perspective and thought process. We take a tramp through her beginnings, from ONLY pouring pie filling into a crust to making Custom cakes for high profile clients. Sha tells us about her challenges in college as well as sharing a horror story from just a few weeks ago. Another thing about this extremely intelligent young woman is her voice and how she uses it. She lifts her voice to sing equality and justice for her fellow Non-Immigrant African descendants. Follow shorty on IG @sha_bakes_

I had the pleasure of speaking with the very talented and very gifted Shaman, Vanessa LaMaistre. Author, Scholar and Motivational Speaker, Vanessa LeMaistre is a first generation American, born in Miami Florida. Raised by a Hatian Mother, Vanessa experienced adversity from a young age. In her early adulthood Vanessa completed writing her first book and was prepared to embrace her newly acheived motherhood status until again faced with unthinkable adversity. Throughout this journey, Vanessa enlightened us that she "lost parts of her soul" due to all the trauma. Vanessa underwent what is called a "soul retrieval" in order to make her soul whole again. Vanessa also shared her experiences with different forms of paranormal mediums. She spoke of a man whom knew the last names of people entering the group, without ever meeting them. She also spoke of a lady who can look into one's past, and relay information of your past life. This was not the first time Vanessa was told of her past life as a Shaman. We talk about the mysteries of Peru and the Ayahuasca plant, not as a psycodelic but to activate what I've described an "inter-realm experience". We eventually re-entered Earth's atmosphere and spoke about Vanessa's Masters Degree. We also got a preview of her what will be her debut novel, Know Your Soul set to release in 2021. You can learn more about Vanessa at her website VanessaSoulxo!
