The longer I spend as a coach and trainer, I realise just how powerful language can really be. How often have you made the mistake of thinking that your behaviour is associated with your identity, and so far as your happiness? Conversely, as a coach, how many times have you associated particular behaviours or training PBs as synonymous with someone's identity. If you are unaware, this CAN be potentially dangerous.
