I love this podcast- Elyse is wise beyond her years and the practical advice she provides is more beneficial than therapy IMO in terms of moving beyond your pain to embracing a full, joyful life. So grateful for all you share!

I randomly found this podcast when I listened to her on Jenna Kutchers. I have always been open to therapy but only been once when I needed marriage counseling. I love she does it from a trailer, I listened to her first episode and plan to listen to more. Stoked on the find and love her style. I wanted to update my review. Elyse is amazing. Finding her podcast brought so much to me. It led me to weekends. It led me to being on her Podcast. It led me to doing Enneagram classes through her collaborative Radical Wellness with Erin and it was amazing. I love hearing others stories. I just listened to Michelle’s and can relate to so much of it. I had a baby who was in the NICU for about the same time then readmitted a couple of times. I love her pandas and mission. I love how she has found purpose in so much loss and hard and love her outlook. Trailercast and Elyse are amazing. Definitely one of my go to podcasts.

I love this podcast for a number of reasons. 1. Elyse speaks, interacts with others and communicates with such deep beauty. There have been so many time when I am listening that I have to pause the podcast to jot something down because I want to have it for later. I want to go back to it and think about just that one point or thought even more. 2. Hope, The Trailercast brings me hope in humanity, in our connection to others, in our ability to heal, in our own power and in the power of authenticity, love and radical freedom. 3. Inspiration- Which almost feels cheesy to say, but it is inspiring to witness the holding of space, the reckoning with difficulty and then the new understandings that take place.

This is the most authentic and beautiful podcast and Elyse brings hope and joy and challenge to every episode. I feel like she is my therapist in my pocket and I consistently share this pod with anyone who asks me what I’m listening to and loving. Listen and you will feel like you’ve met a new best friend who is also the most wise and caring person you know!

The information was spot on, I enjoyed it. My only issue was that it (I listened to episode 055) sounded more like ebook, like scripted in most of the episode, which was a little turn off for me. I enjoy a more relaxed, just talking sort of manner - like I’m just talking with a friend. Towards the end she did sort of relax in my opinion and sound a little more like she was just talking to me (but it was just the recap and ending). Again, I’m not familiar with Elyse, this is my first time hearing her podcast, so maybe this is just how she speaks. Otherwise awesome content!

One of my weekly favorites for sure. I had the pelasure of attending one of the Weekend events that Elyse hosts in Dana Point, CA. I have have been a listener of Trailercast since she started the podcast, and a big proponent of therapy (with a good therapist!) for a number of reasons. Elyse is who I dream of as a best friend - she is honest and humble and thoughtful and funny. All of these character traits shine through in both her podcasts and her real life. I listen to about a dozen podcasts, and I eagerly await her to release new ones. I am inspired by the work she is doing for both herself and others. I've always wondered what was happening on the other side of the therapist/patient relationship. When I'm pouring out my soul, what is the therapist really thinking? Is she/he still awake or have they nodded off? Do they really care or is it just a paycheck? Are they looking out for my best interest or are they projecting some issue in their life? Are they watching the clock or are they truly engaged in the moment? It's truly refreshing to hear from Elyse her perspective and to garner hope that there are still some good, quality therapists out there who deeply care about their calling and the lives of the people they work with. I am inspired and motivated through Elyse's podcast to be the best "me" and to live a life that is true to who I am!

Elise, thank you so much for making this podcast. I absolutely love it. The mediation episode is one of my favorites. I've listened to it many times already and it has actually been the start of me spending time meditating each morning. I also love the episode where you talk about being present and doing things one at a time. I've looked forward to the new podcast each week since I heard the first one. It's my 15 minute vacation from reality to stop what I'm doing and listen to a beautiful voice remind me of the true things which matter in life. I'd pay money to listen to each episode.
