Changing my rating
You guys were on a roll there for a bit, and it was great to have you back! But now, once again NOTHING in months. Please give us either some consistency or just be real when you try and explain the situation.... You always say you’ll be back, then are gone for years, months, years! How have you not done a cast on DC FanDome?!? Disappointed. AGAIN

Missed you guys
Happy to hear you guys again! I don’t care what content you guys put out as long as there’s more of you guys. Hearing your opinions and thoughts is always fun. Keep up the good work and be safe in these times of crisis. Look forward to hearing more from you guys.

"Sad Face Emoji"
I'm rating this podcast two star for nostalgia purposes only. I was a big fan of the Screen Rant Underground Podcast and expected great things from this. Especially since they took a hiatus to revamp their formant. The presence of the old cast members is sorely missed, not to take away from the new members. They bring their own special something to the show. My biggest problem with Total Geekall is how inconsistent they are with new content. The Underground podcast was consistent with weekly content and I looked forward to listening. Now you'll be lucky to get one or two new podcasts a month. Sad face, sad face, sad face...

Not So Good!
Much like the site itself, it has suffered since the site was bought and the podcast was rebooted. First off, not having a regular schedule seems to mean this podcast can find its stride. There is little to know reason to what movies/shows get a podcast or when. Many times the window of freshness has passed by the time a podcast is released. The lack of format also hurts this podcast and the dynamic is not what it was before. I had gave the old podcast a 5 star review but now I can't. I keep hoping they can right the ship, but don't have many more listens left in me. Ps. I love that a site that is a review site asks the consumer not to give their opinions, unless they are good reviews. Every movie you every gave a poor review to felt the same way.

My Favorite Podcast Series
When the hosts watch the items for these episodes you can tell they all went into it with an open mind and just want to enjoy what they watch. That of course won't stop them from scrutinizing but they always find even the little things to enjoy. Besides the constant depth of knowledge and general dorkiness of the hosts, they converse like a great group of friends having great time which makes this something I look forward to every week.

Been Chasing that Dragon
The death of the official ScreenRant podcast left a giant hole in my soul/ 8 hour work day. But the gang is back (minus Kofi). Sad face. But the new official unofficial podcast is, as Ben Kendrick would say, "my jam."

Great Podcast
Really great podcast. Each of the hosts have different opinions so it isn't one solid opinion. One of the best
chumpy.
Best Geek Podcast
One of my favorite all-time podcasts. Can't recommend enough!

Inspiring
After being an avid listener of the Screen Rant podcast, I was glad to see Ben Kendrick, Rob Keyes, Andrew Dyce, and Hannah Shaw Williams keep it going with Total Geekall. Not only are these guys an excellent source of info on movies, tv, etc., they inspired me to start my own podcast! For that, I thank them. Keep up the great work, Total Geekall!

Really Great, Super Fun
The best entertainment podcast available. It's really fun to hear about all this news in such a fun and relaxed way.

Fantastic!
I’ve been listening to Screen Rant’s podcasts for a few years now, it’s always a highlight of my week! The set visit reports have been a fantastic addition!

Great podcast
This is the go to podcast is you love films. The hosts are extremely knowledgable about the motion picture industry. They are one of the few podcasts who don't bash on DC films and are always fair.

A theme of acceptance
Completely appreciate the sentiment of trying to find the good in what every artist attempts: "No one sets out to make a bad TV Show or Movie." I'm addicted to your podcast, guys and Hannah. Hopefully, the show never dies and an "anonymous donor" will never have to fund the funeral of the podcast.

You Asked for It...
I have been listening to you guys in some form or another for about a 1 and 1/2 years. I am trying my best to differentiate my opinions about the podcast itself from the SR website and respective articles. I get the impression that, collectively, TG has a love/hate relationship with the SR commenters. On one hand, faint praise or "shout outs" are given, only for you to be critical of others/mostwith which you don't agree - sometimes to the point of condescension. OK, we get it - some of you have studio access and are privy to all kinds of insider knowledge. The readers shouldn't be dismissed or treated as "the unwashed masses" just because we don't. I think at your core, all of you are fans outright, I just think it would be great if you just did your podcast without "high and mighty" sarcastic remarks to the commenters (rhymes with Snofi). I too, am a fan of the new format. I respect all of the hard work and show prep. If any/all remarks about commenters were taken out, easily a 5 star podcast.

In a different world
They don't seem to really enjoy most of what they review. When they do enjoy it, they still manage to pick it apart. It's not fun to listen to people be unimpressed with so much.

Favorite podcast
Been reading screen rant articles for years and has been my go to site multiple times a day for my fix of nerd news. But the podcast is where it's at!! It has that old school screen rant feel still even after losing some of the key players in the past. Kofi is a new Dad but I hopefully we get some more guest star episodes with him as well! Great work all.

Balance
Great podcast, a lot of fun. I feel like I could be having similar conversations with my friends. My only criticism is the discussion can get bogged down with negative dialogue on the subject matter and hang out there a little too long. I totally get being disappointed with unmet expectations of a show or movie you've been highly anticipating, so please don't hear me say that everything should be sunshine and rainbows. My comment is just when there is negative criticism don't hang out there too long. If I'm listening to a podcast it's because I'm excited about what I just saw and want to participate or listen to a discussion where I can share that excitement. Talking about what was great about the subject content and what might be next are my favorite parts of the show. Camping out on the stuff that was a letdown makes it feel like I wasted my time viewing the subject matter which is a bummer. Anyway, love the site and discussions, please keep it up!! Peace!

A review for the show that reviews
Fair. Balanced. Fun. Feed your inner geek while learning how to have open discussions without getting your feelings hurt. It's ok to have different opinions!

The best unofficial official podcast ever
I've been listening to these guys for a while. They provide great reviews and different perspective on the geeky world of movies.

Thoughtful
A thoughtful podcast that looks at the pros and cons of popular geek culture.

Described BvS as Hilarious
Seriously. I saw BvS, and I know the definition of the word hilarious too. Listening to the last few review discussions, I discovered that I don't see the world the same way as these critics, and they consistently fail to adequately explain their perplexing views in any way that expands my understanding, so I'll be spending my time on other content.

Great podcast!
Great podcast! Substantive discussion on all things geek-related. Hope you guys do a video game podcast soon.

Great!
This is an amazing podcast if you're not an overreactive fanboy. Enjoy!! #screenrant4life

Worst Podcast ever
This podcast is horrible. I hate everything about it. All the magic has gone since Kofi Outlaw left. They are all biased to Marvel Films and trash every DC film. I couldn't believe they took a whole post cast to explanin why Batman V Superman was the best film ever and didn't have any complaints. P.S. Keep up the good work =)

Are there no good movies???
At first, I did enjoy this podcast. I love hearing movie reviews and people's opinions. However, I noticed a huge pattern here. Every time I tune in to a review, the comments are always negative! Every time! Even when you guys supposedly enjoy a film, the review is at least 75% negative. If most other reviews are opposite of your views, maybe you're being too stinking critical! Sheeesh...lighten up. I guess it makes sense that you're part of screen rants because that's all you do...RANT, RANT, RANT! No thanks...(do you see how an overly negative post makes you forget the positive I mentioned at the beginning??!)

Didn't like Civil War?!?!?
Everyone is entitled to their opinion. For example, my mom wouldn't like Civil War, but that's why she did not choose a profession reviewing nerd culture movies!!! Apparently these guys think we are impressed with how they can complain about great movies. With their ability to make any movie significantly better, I wonder why studios don't pay them millions. Hmmm, it's the equivalent of watching a football game with an annoying know-it-all. If his advice is so good, why aren't you on the sidelines making millions and the coach (with actual experience) sitting up here with me paying to watch? Hmmmm

Disappointed
I've been listening to these guys for over 2 years (previously screenrant podcast) and I have to say I lost some respect for these guys based their recent reviews. They seem to be purposely contrarian and that's very, very disappointing. I don't know how anyone can be generally positive about Batman v Superman and generally negative about Captain America Civil War. They also were generally negative about Daredevil Season 2. I'm not saying I'm knocking the podcast solely because their view is different than mine, but they are overly critical of good movies/TV shows and soft on poorly rated media.

Honest and Cheeky
Great chemistry! They don't always agree on every topic, but it's fun to hear their insight and predictions about what happens next in the realm of geekdom.

ScreenRant Underground vs. Total Geekall
Let me start off by saying that I absolutely loved the ScreenRant Underground. The host, the editors, the structure, the regularly scheduled episodes - the whole package. Total Geekall is a step in a new direction and feels like it’s def still trying to find its footing. While I can appreciate the rotating host approach, it ends up feeling a little more disjointed depending on who’s leading that particular episode. Randomly released episodes might end up doing more bad than good and the “no limits” mantra seems to be a reaction to the very same structure that made the SR podcast so great. I agree that it would be amazing to integrate video games or other topics etc. into the new podcast, but I’d be in support of having a particular segment that was dedicated to the “no limits” aspects of the show (framed by a structured/planned series of segments). Overall, still very good stuff but I think revisiting what made the SR Underground so successful would help this new podcast get back in the groove. Recommendations: - Regular segments - Placeholder segment for “no limits” changing from week to week - Scheduled release dates (e.g. M/Th if the goal is to be more responsive to breaking news) - Regular host/host of the month/etc. so the host can build a rhythm - Perhaps a movies/tv/video games-specific schedule (e.g. M=movies, W=tv, F=video games) - Re-establish branding with SR website (e.g. articles)

Why Total Geekall Matters
Because no limits, duh. Nah, but in all seriousness, these guys helped propel Screenrant to the biggest independent movie news site, and I believe a large part of this was their podcast (which has transitioned to this podcast). So give it a listen. It’s full of laughs, love, and just a smidgen of life lessons. Just don’t listen to Dyce’s life-advice.

Everything you're looking for and more!
Really enjoy the format, especially since they are plementing their GameRant site into the podcasts as well. Great crew of reviewers and look forward to every upload.

Best movie podcast there is!
I've been a fan of this crew since The Screen Rant Underground days and am so happy they are back with a new podcast! Very smart and entertaining conversations about movies, tv shows and many other things that make this an hour or 2 I look forward to every week!

Used to be a fan
I have listened to the Screenrant underground for years and have always loved it. However once they made the switch and since Kofi has left it hasn't felt the same. It is disappointing and interesting how much the have changed their tune on things, such as giving BvS such high high praise and then tear things such as daredevil season 2 apart. Pretty sure this is a Warner brothers podcast now. I miss the discussions and banter that used to be on here. Maybe it's new regular Andrew Dice, but there's something that is missing. I'll give it a couple more episodes before retiring it.

Even Better Than SR Underground
When the Screen Rant Underground podcast (temporarily) left, there was a certain loss I felt when it came to thinking about recent movies. Now that it has returned in the form of Total Geekall, the new iteration of the podcast takes what made SR Underground so entertaining and improves upon it with a revamped format that makes for more engaging shows. While it’s a shame not everyone from the Underground could come back, it’s great to have the rest of the gang back together and doing what they do best: debate the latest and greatest (or worst) in film.

At last!
As a HUGE fan of the Screen Rant Underground, I've been anxiously awaiting the next podcasting adventure for the SR editors. This show doesn't disappoint, and it's just as hilarious and insightful as its predecessor. Keep it up, SR team! Definitely a must-subscribe for any movie fans out there. #NoLimits

Fantastic Podcast!
Fun and informative discussions, what more could you want?

My go-to geek out!
Total Geekall is the perfect podcast for anyone that just wants to geek out. Ben, Rob, Andrew, Hannah, and any special guests always know their stuff, and bring a unique perspective to the discussion. They don't give anything a free pass, but also remember that all geeky media they cover is supposed to be entertaining. If you want to hear someone stomp out your geeky passions due to fanboy biases, this is not your podcast.

Hard to listen
The Daredevil 2 podcast was very hard to listen to. Petty, disorganized, unfunny, unintelligent vitriol. An in depth, unbiased critique would have been welcome. Not this.

Awesome
Just started listening this weekend, I loved the conversations you guys had about BvS and found them very refreshing. Definitely going to be one of my favorite things to listen to while on my runs.

I’m with it.
I’ve been following the ScreenRant site for quite some time now. I’ve never listened to a podcast before but decided to give yours a try when I saw the post about Total Geekall. I’m glad I gave it a try and I will be listening in on every episode. Thanks!
