This week we are joined by Diversity and Inclusion manager Tzeitel Degiovanni (She/Her). 

She states “ diversity and inclusion is more than a tick-box exercise, more than target-setting, and more than quotas. It is about addressing the representation of cultures, ethnicities, and experiences at your company - and making sure they are diverse and valued. Sadly, in many organisations it remains a target at the end of a long road of challenging conversations and (un)learning.” Listen to us debate our experiences with inclusion, who should be doing the work and why white silence is never okay.
