Welcome to Season 2! To start off the season, we had the pleasure of having the talented, gorgeous, kind actor extraordinaire, Vico Ortiz. On this very special episode, Roxy and Nico sit down with gender fluid drag artist, Vik(tor) Floyd (he/they), to discuss Chicanx history, mental health, and their personal journey of self-discovery. We also get to hear Roxy’s story about how they came to fully embrace their identity as a two-spirit person (they/them). Enjoy!

On Episode 9, we talk with drag queen, political activist, and proud Christian, Joseph Neves aka Cheeky Bastard about his experience being a proud gay who is very connected to his Christianity. We talk about the judgment that comes from being a christian in the gay community, how religions wrongly accuse homosexuality as a sin, and how to confront partners that are religious when you are not.

On Episode 8, Nico and Roxy have another heart-to-heart  as they go over gate-keeping and other offensive gay terminology. They also go over the struggles of being LGBTQ and the mental health that comes with it.

On Episode 7, we sit down with the beautiful, talented, and femme musician, Torrey Mercer, as we explore the struggles and conflicts of being an openly femme bisexual in the hetero and homo world of dating. On Episode 6, we bring in local filmmaker and adorable sweetheart, Xavier DuBose, to discuss his experience in the queer dating world being a trans, pansexual man. He gives his story of finding his true gender and provides guidance and advice on how to respectfully ask humans their gender/pronouns, coming out in the workplace, and how to be a good partner to a person going through the transitioning process.

This Episode we bring you into the underground world of drag as we bring alternative queen and underdog, Morgue, to the podcast. They talk about the stereotypes and shadiness of the drag community, the discrimination of AFAB and non-binary drag artists, and the struggle being an alternative queen in a pageant world.
