I tell friends there are two kinds of Magic podcasts - Too8Magic, and Other. This isn’t the best for helping you Q for the PT, but it is the best for The Gathering.

It is always great content with 2 of the best in MTG. Thank you guys for the content, the Candor, and the passion.

While irregular and infrequent, each episode is great. The hosts have great chemistry and the content is always entertaining.

Top 8 Magic is one of the longest running podcasts that features Magic the Gathering. Why do I say it "features Magic the Gathering," because while the podcast claims to center on Magic the Gathering the topics discussed range from comics to basketball to television to popular culture. Most episodes include easter eggs that provide insight into life in New York City such as "motorcycle guy," "pidgeon pants," buskers in and around Washington Square Park, random NYU students who recognize Brian and Mike (Roman Fusco is not a random NYU student for the purposes of this podcast), and elderly New Yorkers who tell the podcast team to get off thier lawns. My only real criticism is that Brian rarely gets to articulate his vast knowledge of the only team that matters in professonal baseball, the New York Mets, but I gotta beleive that he will find a venue someday.
