If you work in customer service, you might sweat a little bit when the hosts start talking to the very patient hardware folks all at once, but they keep the mood light and weird tool request backstories zany. As someone who has worked in a bike shop, I wish I got a free pizza for long rambling calls for random parts that went nowhere, so it's such a good cathartic feeling when the caller finally guesses the right tool name and wins the 🍕!

I always have a ton of fun listening and it's the perfect length for my commute. Nick and Ari are hilarious!

I enjoyed this first episode, despite the fact that paracord doesn't particularly interest me—a testament to the professionalism and deftness of the hosts. Hoping for a future episode about lathes, which is where my heart truly lies.
