On Tonight's Special we have Danny Rocha, He's a young talented bartender from East Side of Houston Texas working out of Johnny's Gold Brick in the Houston Heights area. On Tonight's Special we have my former culinary school classmate, an extremely talented chef who I am very proud consider and call a brother Alfonso Canchola. Alfonso is a talented chef who has worked for some of Houston's very well known chefs like Hugo Ortega and Ronnie Killen.
