Recently I have received an email from one the participants of an Action Learning program that I ran a good couple weeks ago.  He emailed me and other members of the team, informing us about an important decision he made after one of our session. There is a study done by Harvard University that shows how talking about problems and specifically-revealing them has positive impact on human emotions.    Here are my thoughts on how you can help in that as a trainer, coach, facilitator, consultant and human resources professional :)
