Societal expectations and molds are prison! Societal expectations are OUR CAGE. And the crazy thing is that if we choose to not abide by society's timeline, or society's unwritten rules and norms...we automatically fall into the isolation cell. How do you break the vicious cycle so that you can take that leap of faith?

Affirmation:  I am a pivoting genius. I have the ability to see change as an opportunity and not a threat. I am capable of using the change around me to change the things within me. I’m back! Affirmation: My happiness and health are only up to me. I will set healthy boundaries that help me eliminate what no longer aligns with my values. I will say yes to anything that is healthy and allows me to live a life true to me. So happy to be able to deliver this week’s episode on International Women’s Day. I stopped believing in coincidences when I started trusting God’s timing in my life. When I started setting boundaries for myself and became a tyrant about my well being, blessings started to unfold and opportunities flourished. AFFIRMATION: The only type of relationships I need in my life are those that bring me harmony, growth, respect and happiness.
