The writing is truly awful and the narration is awkward (sorry, Adam!) Also some overly long dramatic music breaks 🥲 but I am interested in the story. Adam, you have the start of being a great story teller. Have someone polish your work and maybe hire a narrator.

I have been listening to this podcast all afternoon. It seems like a good true story. However, the narrator has included WAY too many unnecessary details, thus drawing this out FAR longer than it needs to be. Also, the narrator seems almost as if he’s reading us a book. Very distinctly enunciated words which I can appreciate to a degree but it seems overboard and like he’s just reading us a script or book. Not natural at all. I am invested in the story, so I will finish it, but the unnatural tone in which it’s narrated leaves a lot to be desired.

Good story, but seems long and drawn out. The dramatic music and sounds in the background are really annoying and totally unnecessary.

Just finished season 1. Can’t wait to listen to season 2. Each episode is better than the one before!

I started listening to this podcast as I know someone involved. It drew me in and I had to listen to all the episodes! Very well done and informative!

This was true life story and put together so well. My heart goes out to those impacted by this slim ball and his groupies. I agree the statute of limitations needs to be changed for similar criminal acts by the same person. Some of the podcasts were slightly slow but the gravity of the content and message warranted the slowness to allow for the listener to fully feel the pain these impacted people went through. Well done studio 847!!

This podcast is authentic, filled with emotion from victims. I hope it makes listeners second-guess a scam that sounds too good to be true.

You would have to be on a deserted island with nothing but time to want to listen to this. This content could have been covered in one episode.

I initially started listening to this podcast because I am local to the area this happened in, but was soon hooked after the first episode. I am behind in my other podcasts because I can’t stop listening to it. It’s worth a listen because if these scam victims can be swindled out of money, anybody can. If you don’t want to listen to Adam’s entire story on season 1, then make sure you listen to Season 2 and other victims stories, you can learn from others mistakes. Congrats, Adam on getting this douche bag off the streets, you did MANY people a favor with your hard work and dedication to see it through! You are the main reason he is in jail!

This podcast is a really well done story of a career criminal who finally meets his match. Music and narration is spot on. Another great podcast to listen to. Highly recommended. 5 stars.
