In this episode, I want to share a bit of my past with you. I'm writing a letter to the me before, the person who created the me in this very moment. I think it's important to not only forgive the people who have hurt us, but to also forgive ourselves for the decisions we made at that particular time. I honor the work I've put in to better myself, for myself, in these past 20 years. I hope this will inspire you to accept the person you were before, so you can enjoy the person you are right now.
