In this episode, I want to continue the discussion on misogyny but with a better focus on how you can maneuver your way in similar situations with intention. I will be listing examples and scenarios that will give YOU control over your responses and actions instead of the oppressor

The reality is, women are still killed for polite rejection. If I can help teach ONE woman to be more mindful when it comes to dealing with misogyny that's enough for me. It's enough for me to share what I have done to survive so that even just one listener can do the same.

Episode 3 | A Letter To the Old Me

I'm still defining myself as an individual. I want to use my transparency to be a testament to young women like myself, to understand: we do not have to have it all figured out in our 20s. There is enough time to do everything we want to do in this life if we just stay present and stay focused.
