Hello welcome to Tk’s Collective Podcast. A collection of stories from people of colour who are . interested in the creative industry. It is only over recent years that large corporate companies have taken an interest in diversifying their professional environment I think half of the battle is getting ourselves into these spaces, the other battle is dealing with the micro-aggressions and issues in a working environment or just the pitfalls of the overall industry. What these conversations will include is understanding each person’s story and reason for choosing their path, what they have learnt and what keeps them going.
