Hi ya! I'm so glad you're here!
tizTALKS is all about YOU and how to bust through the shackles holding you back and to help you step into the person and life you really want for yourself. Because I'm ready to step it up. And doing this podcast providing you with all the valuable lessons, tools and resources I've learned along the way also helps me to stay on track. I have spent far too much of my time and life, squandering, waiting for the perfect time and kicking the tires if you know what I mean. Now, it's all about the right action because NOW is the right time and right place to start. And what we do today determines our tomorrow...so let's get started!
Talk to you soon!

NOTE: Season 1 & 2 are now archived as we move into a new era of tizTALKS. But don't worry, we'll be sharing a lot of the best nuggets from previous episodes. However, I've kept one available for everyone because this one is a keeper and received enormous listening and incredible feedback. It holds a very special place in my heart and is dedicated to my Mom & Dad, may they both rest in peace...Thank you for listening.
Each of us has a long line of family that came before us, that deserve their story to be remembered and told. Each year around this time, we reflect on the sacrifices people have made in times of war so that we may have a better life. But have we remembered everyone? In this episode, I pay tribute to my Mom and Dad, to not only all those that have served and suffered but to women who fought their own battles. This is about our ancestors all over the world that were ruthlessly thrown into the unapologetic ravages of war, featuring my own Mom's courage and resilience.
There is a whole story to be told.
