Women of color are, as The New York Times aptly described, the face of the coronavirus pandemic. In the first of a two-part series, I talk with Sage Ke'alohilani Quiamno, CEO & Co-founder of Future for Us, on the struggles women of color face in the workplace, both before the pandemic hit and in the midst of the ongoing crisis.
