Time to Talk… ADHD with Dr Chris Schramm, Co-founder CamADHD
It is great to welcome back Chris to the studio. Chris cofounded the Cambridge ADHD and Autism Centre with Dr Anna Conway Morris having recognised a real need locally. He is passionate about recognising and treating ADHD and autism and has created a real team of experts. ADHD is an area I am asked a lot about. The waiting times are extensive in the NHS but often the cost of private assessments and prescriptions are too much for many to consider. I want to ask Chris the questions I get asked particularly on how to navigate the system for the young people we are worried about. I’m looking forward to learning!

Time to Talk … Movement with Dr Hussain Al-Zubaidi, Lifestyle Doctor, TV Doctor and GP
This week I am excited to bring Dr Hussain back to Time to Talk. Hussain and I last connected at the Boston Marathon where his calling out of the Nike slogan that “walkers are tolerated” led to Nike taking down the poster and rethinking their campaign. Hussain is passionate about the benefits of movement for everyone. He is an amazing athlete but he celebrates all movement and works tirelessly to help break down barriers for individuals. Come and be inspired. Walkers are very welcome!

Time to Talk … Workplace Wellbeing with Julia Gaudio, Elaje Owner and Managing Director
I am really excited to have Julia come and join me this week. Julia owns and manages Cambridge’s leading hair and beauty salon, Elaje. With around 30 members of staff Julia has created a culture that feels more like a family than a staff group. She values each member and is constantly thinking about how to look after them, the complete opposite to a lot of corporate wellbeing strategies. I’m looking forward to hearing how she does it and what she thinks has made the most difference to her team,. Come and join us!
