Join Lindsay Fera and the Pitt's Career Center's Alumni In Residence Pamela Kirkland as we deep dive into how she got her start with CNN!  Pamela Kirkland graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.A. in Political Science and Communications. Throughout her career she has worked as an Assistant Producer with C-SPAN Radio, Senior Producer with SiriusXM Satellite Radio, Video Producer with the Washington Post, and a Producer with PBS NewsHour. Currently based in Atlanta, Pamela has been with CNN as a Field Producer since 2018 where she does on-camera reporting, writes, produces, and edits national and local news.

Alex earned a B.S. in Marketing upon graduating from Penn State University in the Spring of 2017 and is currently pursuing a Masters in Higher Education Administration at the University of Pittsburgh.  Through All-Temps, he began working in different roles at the University of Pittsburgh, before being hired at the Career Center as an Internship Associate in December 2018. He looks forward to working with all students to help them achieve their goals.
