Once an ITSM professional (and knowledge management expert), Aprill Allen changed career paths five years ago to fully dedicate herself to being the COO of a joint venture capital firm with her husband. In this episode, she explains how she managed to take the leap, and how her former knowledge (pun intended) was essential for her new role.
